Mr. Chen Yang used to hold the post of Investment Executive Director of China-U.S. Green Investment Management Co., Ltd. Besides, he has successively served as the Senior Consultant of the World Bank, CEO of Doyen International Holdings Limited and Investment Director of Shenyin & Wanguo Investment Co., Ltd. Such career path has led him to a great wealth of experience and connections in cross-border investments, listco financial operations and private equity fund management.

Mr. Chen has conducted a variety of projects in both Mainland China and Hong Kong, including private equity/FOF operations, PIPE, backdoor listing, spin-off, SOE ownership restructuring and listco financing, as well as multiple cross-border M&A cases. His investment portfolio and fund partnership involve many leading enterprises in cutting-edge fields, such as Luye Pharma, Sol Chip (Israel), SINNET, Trina Solar, PORTON, etc. By cultivating the tight cooperation with Paulson Institute, GE China, Baosteel, AVIC Capital and several state-affiliated firms, Mr. Chen has initiated/faciliated a series of investments in green energy & transportation, green healthcare, new materials & advanced manufacturing.

Mr. Chen Yang has served as the Founding Director of Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong, Managing Director of the Public Companies Committee of Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, and Committee Member of the 11th and 12th Shanghai Youth Federation.

Mr. Chen has obtained Bachelor of Arts from Nanjing University, Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and Doctor of Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
