Ms. Yang Yuhui once served as Finance Director of ChinaEquity Group, Finance Controller of Baiyin International Investment Limited, Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP and Ernst&Young Hua Ming LLP. During her tenure, she was responsible for the operation and financial management of venture capital funds and private equity funds with scales of over 10 billion. She used to play key roles in multiple projects such as asset restructuring, financing, financial due diligence, asset securitization, and financial statement auditing. She has extensive experiences in financing and auditing area for the financial institutions.
