About China-U.S. Green Fund
China-U.S. Green Fund (CUGF) is a market-based private equity investment fund, jointly initiated by Chinese and American political and business leaders. It was founded by the Office of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs and the Paulson Institute, associated with leading enterprises in financial and green industries of both countries.
By focusing on green equity investment, CUGF establishes the industry benchmark of green investment to promote the green and low-carbon transformation and development of China's economy. At the same time, it also builds a bilateral platform for strategic innovation and people-to-people exchanges to facilitate commercial cooperation in finance, green technology and other fields.
